Besides his work on Bionic Woman, Will Yun Lee has acted in several television series and films. He has had single-episode guest roles on television shows including Profiler (1998), V.I.P. (1999), The Agency (2001), Law & Order (2004) and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2006). Will's principal/recurring television series roles include playing Vincent Chan on Thief (2006) and Mazarin on Fallen (2007). Will's film work includes playing Danny Woo in the television film Witchblade (2001), Colonel Moon in James Bond film Die Another Day (2002), and Kirigi in film Elektra (2005).

Will Yun Lee also starred as himself in a few documentaries including Premiere Bond: Die Another Day (2002) and Hot Buttered Movie Special: Elektra (2005), which aired on television; and film The Slanted Screen (2006).
