According to a June 3, 1970 Washington Post article posted on NBC's Bionic Woman website, it was alledged that on May 11, 1970, 13 protestors, led by Ethan Sommers, seperated themselves from a tour of the Capitol Grounds and then locked and handcuffed themselves in 13 seperate offices of Congressmen who were known to support the Vietnam War.
