- Will's father, Dr. Anthony Anthros, arrives at "the Anthros compound", a secluded and abandoned juvenile delinquent camp, framed by woods. Behind a fortified metal door within the main house is a room filled with weapons: AK-47 assault rifles, Beneli Nova 12 gauge pump shotguns, Smith & Wesson 45 calibre pistols, thousands of rounds, explosive, detonators. Dr. Anthony Anthros gets out, sporting several days growth and wearing Army clothing. A group of adults who are working at the camp stop and gaze in awe. Dr. Anthros tosses his orange prison jump suit into a can where they are burning leaves.
- Anthros says to the group, "You did good everybody. It's just what I asked for. From outside, they'll never suspect we're in here changing human life...."
- Will is recovering from a gunshot wound and is transferred out Northwestern I.C.U. to Wolf Creek. It appears Anthony is looking to kidnap Will, but because of the move, and the extra security at Wolf Creek, Atkinson says they will have to wait.
- The name of the episode comes from a line said by guest character, Lucas Tatum, who upon learning of Will's transfer says "Another window has opened, wider. A move on Wolf Creek now could get us two birds with one stone". The two birds he refers to are Will and Jaime, and he notes that Jaime will be easier to take down and turn if they can grab her before she finishes training.
- Jaime tries to convince Becca to temporarily go back to Iowa. Jaime seems to succeed and they arrive at the family home in Van Horne, IA, but their house is deserted and appears unkept, even though Jaime had called ahead.
- Lucas and his men make an assault on Wolf Creek. Will is successfully taken during the raid and the next morning is at his father's compound, on life support, following addtional injuries/trauma sustained during the raid. However, Dr. Anthros banishes Lucas and his men, not pleased with the injuries sustained to his son.
- Jonas, Jae, Ruth and Jaime make plans to find Will. However, Jonas thinks Jaime isn't ready for the field lacking any tactical and operations training.
- Jaime, who has learned to rapidly store information in her head, finds that her memory information about the raid and the explosives/tactics Tatum used, is suddenly gone without her knowing. It appears Jonas is to blame.
- Lucas and his men decide to capture Jaime in order to get back on Dr. Anthros's good side. Lucas notes the Jaime should have something that can track her location at all times, a bionic GPS, which they can use to track her down.
- Lucas tracks down Jaime to a roadside flow and fruit stand, but Jaime quickly turns the tables and asks him about Will's location.
