Besides her work on Bionic Woman, Molly Price has been an actress in many television series and films. Molly's other principal role was Det. Faith Yokas on series Third Watch (1999-2005). In addition, she has acted in single-episode guest roles for television series including playing an unnamed character on Trinity (1999), and reprising her role of Det. Faith Yokas on both ER (2002) and Medical Investigation (2005). She was also guest actress as Susan Sharon for two episodes of Sex and the City (1999-2002), Emily Reynolds in two episodes of Without a Trace (2007), and played four different guest roles in four episodes of Law & Order (1991-2006).

Molly Price has acted in films including portraying Cookie in Jersey Girl (1992), Teacher #1 in Just Visiting (2001) and Edie Fontaine in Devil You Know (2006).

In October 2005, Molly appeared in the Sarah Schulman play "Manic Flight Reaction" at the Peter Jay Sharp Theatre, New York, New York.
