Besides her work on Bionic Woman, Melissa Stubbs has an extensive career in stunts. She has been stunt coordinator for television films including Snowbound: The Jim and Jennifer Stolpa Story (1994) and To Brave Alaska (1996); and moviehouse films including Timecop (1994), Double Jeopardy (1999), Along Came a Spider (2001), X2 (2003), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) and License to Wed (2007). For other television series, Melissa was stunt coordinator for Dark Angel (2000) and Jane's stunt double in "Tarzán (1991). Melissa also was stunt double for Mia Sara in Timecop (1994), Alicia Silverstone in Hideaway (1995), Bebe Neuwirth in Jumanji (1995), Jonathan Taylor Thomas in I'll Be Home for Christmas (1998), Ashley Judd in High Crimes (2002), and Angelina Jolie in Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005).

Other stunt positions Melissa filled include fight choreographer at the 2006 MTV Movie Awards; stunt driver for films PC and the Web (2001), Are We There Yet? (2005), Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007) and Rush Hour 3 (2007); and stunt performer for television films Family of Strangers (1993) and Survival on the Mountain (1997) and film Land of the Dead (2005).

Melissa Stubbs was also credited as an actress for playing Downzoner in the television film Futuresport (1998) and Red Team #12 for film Rollerball (2002).

  • In 2005, Melissa Stubbs was nominated for the World Stunt Awards's Taurus award in the category Best Overall Stunt by a Stunt Woman and for film Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004).
