Besides her work in Bionic Woman, Leela Savasta has starred in several films and television series. Leela has been a recurring cast member on television series including as Lorna in Intelligence (2007) and Tracey Anne in Battlestar Galactica (2008). She also has had single-episode guest roles in television series including Masters of Horror (2006), Supernatural (2006), Stargate: Atlantis (2006), and Traveler (2007).

Leela Savasta's film roles includes portraying Clair Crosby in film Black Christmas (2006). Leela also starred in television films including playing a college girl in Orpheus (2006), Chita Araujo in A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story (2006), and Laura in Cleaverville (2007). Leela also starred as herself in the documentary Working with a Master: John McNaughton (2006).
