Besides her work on Bionic Woman, Emma Lahana is known for portraying Kira Ford/Yellow Dino Thunder Ranger for the Power Ranger television series Power Rangers DinoThunder (2004), Power Rangers S.P.D. (2005), and Power Rangers: Operation Overdrive (2007). Emma also starred in the New Zealand soap opera Shortland Street (1992) as character Erin Kingston. Emma has had single-episode guest roles for television series including playing an unnamed extra in Supernatural (2007), and a girl in Kyle XY (2007).

Emma Lahana's film career includes playing Julie in film Alien Agent (2007), Fiona in television film You Wish! (2003), and Kara in television film Nobody (2007).

Besides television series and film, Emma has starred in a Clearasil commercial (2007) and an Aquafresh toothpaste commercial (2007).
